A systems mindset.

Operator at the intersection of marketing, product, and design. The work is building AI-native systems for companies that need strategy and execution to run as one thing. Most fractional CMOs treat AI as a content task. The rebuild goes deeper: the operating model itself, AI-native, with the receipts under it to prove the economics work.

Four places, simultaneously: the operating model, the story, the artifact, and the production economics. All four have to work or none of them do. One system, not four workstreams. Most strategy firms sell the deck version of this and stop short of building it.

§ 02 · What I've Built

The receipts take a few shapes.

Cambia Health Solutions: an innovation program that moved internal perception of the company from 14% to 37%. MedSavvy.com: co-created, launched with 1,000+ users and the first large-employer pilot agreement. Co-innovation projects with Amazon, Walmart, Mastercard, and Visa. Three issued patents in digital health and commerce came out of that era.

2020, ConsenSys Health to market in 30 days: brand, PR, digital footprint, from zero. The first blockchain-based COVID-19 hackathon, judged by Ethereum co-founders and C-level federal agency leaders. Same year, MavenIndex: co-founded, $500K seed, 3,000 waitlist signups and 1,200 active users in 90 days.

Awestruck Labs, founded 2021. AI-native marketing systems for healthcare, SaaS, and emerging tech, from pre-market through Series C. The production numbers are measurable: 50% cut in client design spend, 60%+ faster customer service response via agent deployment, 20% less content production time with a 10% traffic lift. Not exploring AI. Running on it.

§ 03 · How I Work

Distributed, AI-augmented, global.

Distributed, AI-augmented, global. Based nowhere, operating everywhere. Four years living unfixed: moving across countries, languages, and time zones as the baseline condition of work, not as a lifestyle accessory.

The operating model most companies will be on by 2028 is the one this firm has been running for four years. Distributed teams, portable systems, AI-native production, story across modalities. I'm not describing that model. I'm running it.
